How do you use AI for learning?
This is an image that I used ChatGPT to generate. I was studying groupthink, and I used ChatGPT to generate a simple narrative mnemonic device to remember the symptoms that make one more susceptible to groupthink
How do you learn?
This is a photo of my desk setup at home. I use ChatGPT on my second monitor while doing stats homework to firm up my knowledge and ask questions that inevitably arise while completing readings and doing practice problems. Further, I get ChatGPT to generate problems for me based on the questions I’ve asked during a reading
What learning tools or affordances do you use?
This is an image of the Dune Saga (at least how far I have read this summer so far). I use generative AI to expand on ideas, or illuminate areas of a text that I may need some help with comprehending. This comes in especially handy when reading academic articles. Being able to ask direct, and specific questions about a text is very handy for firming up one’s understanding.
